1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TrueSwap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Description

TrueSwap is a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange aggregator. We facilitate swaps between different cryptocurrencies by routing your transaction through liquidity sources. We do not custody, hold, or control your funds at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all deposit and destination addresses
• You must send the exact amount specified in your order
• You must include required memos/tags for applicable chains (XRP, XLM, etc.)
• You must complete deposits within the order expiration window (20 minutes)
• You are responsible for any blockchain network fees

4. Risks and Disclaimers

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. TrueSwap is not responsible for:

• Funds sent to incorrect addresses
• Missing memos/tags on chains that require them
• Blockchain network delays or failures
• Price fluctuations during transaction processing
• Loss of funds due to user error

5. Refund Policy

If an order expires or fails, funds will be automatically refunded to your specified refund address (or sending address if no refund address was provided) within 24 hours, minus any applicable blockchain network fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

TrueSwap provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question.
